On February 6, Changzhou held the Conference on Promoting National Innovative Science and Technology Park Development, which was presided by mayor Yao Xiaodong. At the conference, Fan Yanqing set forth the objectives and tasks of the 2012 to the “one city and two districts” and 11 departments.
　　The main objective of National Innovative Science and Technology Park in 2012:
　　Output objective: the annual revenue of RMB 100 billion.
　　Innovation objective: 1000 new invention patents; 27 new high-tech enterprises.
　　Input objective: more than RMB 3.9 billion invested in R & D; 68 projects under construction with the total investment of RMB 16.92 billion; 44 newly started construction projects with the total investment of RMB 9.73 billion.
