On the morning of April 15, the 2023 China Changzhou International Sports Rehabilitation Conference kicked off, drawing in over 450 participants from colleges, universities, research institutes, medical institutions, sports management and training departments, and fitness clubs.

Under the guidance of the Chinese Society of Sports Science, the conference was hosted by Jiangsu Provincial Sports Bureau, Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission and Changzhou Municipal People’s Government. Vice Mayor Jiang Pengju attended the opening ceremony.

The event invited more than 20 experts from home and abroad, with some of them joining in through video links. There were a total of 28 keynote speeches delivered, covering various topics such as integration of sports and medication, sports training for teenagers, sports rehabilitation technology, postoperative and dysfunctional rehabilitation, movement correction and functional physical training.

In addition, ten companies specializing in sports rehabilitation technologies and equipment organized sub-meetings on chronic disease prevention, injury treatment, sports nutrition, and health management during the event.
